Weekly Highlights
Every so often, I revisit the collection of apps I monitor forselfh.st/appsto flag projects that are no longer maintained and prevent them from being recommended to readers (some day I'll get around to creating a separate view for them).
Given the relatively slow news week, I thought I'd pay tribute to a few of these projects.

Similarly, here are a few projects that made a splash at launch but never received more than 1-2 months of development (what we'd callthe AI effecttoday):
And lastly, an honorable mention: theDumbWaresuite of apps. They aren't technically unmaintained, but much of the hype has fizzled after a short burst of app launches last year. According to the project's Discord, the developer recently had a baby and is taking time off to be present, so no shade from me.
